Governed by the paragraph 22 of II part of Article 5 of the Constitution of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, in order to ensure the activity of the Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, I hereby resolve:

1. To approve "Regulations on Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" (attached).

2. To approve "Structure of Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" (attached).

3. To determine the staff size of the Apparatus of Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic as 16 staff units.

4. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic shall resolve issues arising from this Order.

I visited the Duzdag Physiotherapy Center, Nakhchivangala and Noah's tomb, and I will inform my friends about what I have seen here. There are wide opportunities for the development of tourism in Azerbaijan, located in a favourable geographical position. Our nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev cared about the development of this field during both of his leadership. In the 70s of the last century, a large network of tourism organizations and excursions was established in Azerbaijan, modern hotels, public entertainment facilities were built. During the years of independence, the great leader paid attention to the development of this field and an important legal basis for the regulation of state tourism policy was created.
