State University studying "Tourism and Hotel Management" who completed their internship at the Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Suleyman Rustamov, head of the Statistics and Certification Sector of the Tourism Department of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, gave a speech and gave detailed information about the progress of the internship to the participants of the event. He stated that from February 17, 2023, production experience was organized in the Department of Tourism of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and the institutions operating under the department, as well as in museums and hotels, for IV year students of the Nakhchivan State University majoring in "Tourism and Hotel Management". During the internship, the students acquired knowledge about the goal of the state tourism policy implemented in our country, including our autonomous republic, and the successes achieved in this field, and got acquainted with the multifaceted activities of the facilities engaged in tourism activities.

During the internship, they got acquainted with the existing work process in various structural units of the Department and acquired certain work skills, gained experience in the specialty they studied, and acquired skills that are considered important in their future work life.
It was noted that the students were given the opportunity to develop the habits of business, organization, working together, to improve their knowledge in the field of tourism, as well as to acquire professional skills. At the end of the speech, the speaker congratulated the students who successfully completed the industrial experience and wished each of them success in their future activities.
Habib Zeynalov, a teacher of Nakhchivan State University and the head of study internships, who spoke at the meeting, said that the internship allows students to apply the theoretical knowledge they have acquired in the educational process in the real work process, and has a positive effect on improving their professional training and increasing their practical knowledge. The head of the internships expressed his gratitude for the conditions created for conducting the production practice at a high level.
